Its that time of year again when I walk the ever increasing route of the C.R.Y charity bridges walk in London. I am walking with my friends from the pub for a very worthwhile charity to raise money for heart screening of young people to prevent sudden deaths and to pay for
support given to families that are affected by sudden cardiac deaths.
